An appeal for public assistance has been issued by police as they try to locate a 20-year-old woman reported missing from Sunrise Beach since last weekend.

Kalyana Baker was last seen at a Boxsell Rise address about 3am on November 30 and has not been seen or heard from since.

She is believed to be travelling in a silver Toyota Corolla with Queensland registration number 595YRQ.

Police and family have serious concerns for Kalyana’s welfare due to an ongoing medical condition.

She is described as 170cm tall, slim build, Caucasian and with dark hair.

Police are appealing for Kalyana, or anyone with information about her whereabouts, to immediately come forward.
