A construction milestone has been reached at a luxury residential project at Maroochydore.

Cube Developments’ Nature on Cotton Tree has reached its highest point, representing a key moment in its assembly.

To commemorate the occasion, a native gardenia tree was hoisted to the top of the building.

“Topping-off ceremonies are a time-honoured tradition within the industry that signifies the successful completion of the structural phase of the project,” Cube Developments director Scott Juniper said via a media release.

“Throughout time, these ceremonies have celebrated the moment the structure reaches its highest point.

Cube’s construction manager Michael Crocker thanked everybody involved in Nature’s progress.

“I would like to recognise the whole Nature team including the sales team and the design team led by Cottee Parker Architects,” he said.

“Nature would also not have been possible without our incredible consultants, our subbies and suppliers; and our project team who have worked with us all the way.”

Located at 49 The Esplanade, Cotton Tree, Nature features 13 exclusive luxury residences over eight levels with views of the ocean, Maroochy River and Mount Coolum.
