The last remaining blocks of land in a development that combines the feeling of “inner city” living and the relaxed Sunshine Coast lifestyle is now selling.

Beginning as a 106-hectare greenfill site, Sunshine Cove has emerged as one of the places to live in Maroochydore.

Described as “a fitting finale for Sunshine Cove”, stage three of the Lancelin Precinct heralds the final freehold residential land release within development.

The remaining 38 allotments feature an array of urban and terrace lots, plus waterfront blocks that include sweeping lake vistas.

Adjacent to the Lancelin stage two Bushland Reserve and adding to its exclusivity, the final stage is only accessible by the Cheyenne Way bridge.

Sunshine Cove Realty’s Penny Service said Sunshine Cove was a clever use of space that had become a showcase in carefree coastal living.

She said this final stage offered a “great mix” for buyers and was the last opportunity to design and build a dream lifestyle home within Sunshine Cove.

Sunshine Cove’s final release includes waterfront blocks.

“This is our last freehold land release, and we’re thrilled we have such a range of land to offer buyers,” she said.

“It opens up opportunities for those first getting into the market then also those looking at their second or third property.

“It is the mix of people which is what gives Sunshine Cove its vibrancy.”

The final stage includes urban lots starting from 140sqm, with prices from $450,000, and terrace lots starting from 210sqm, with prices from $570,000.

Waterfront blocks range in size from 225sqm through to 275sqm.

“It’s not going to feel like you are living in the middle of Maroochydore, which is so unique,” she said.

Ms Service said Sunshine Cove had also developed a strong sense of place and community, while promoting a relaxed, active lifestyle.

“The community is growing so much. We have a community association getting more active and there are always lots of get-togethers,” she said.

A network of pathways and bridges promote a relaxed, active lifestyle.

Bike and pathways surrounded by water and greenbelts help bring the multi-village footprint together.

“We’ve tried to make it walkable from anywhere in the development. It’s all interconnected,” she said.

“You can walk along the water or through parks and landscaped footpaths. There are so many different routes to take.”

She said with boardwalks and bridges running along and over the water, all residents can enjoy the waterfront lifestyle, regardless of if they live on the water or not.

The Lancelin precinct stage three site plan.

Sunshine Cove includes Flinders Lane, an innovative, mixed-use precinct that includes bespoke boutiques, hairdressers and other services.

Sunshine Cove also benefits directly from high-speed fibre optic cabling to the home, making it ideal for those wanting to work from home.

It is also adjacent to Maroochydore’s new CBD precinct and has easy access to the Sunshine Motorway.

First unveiled in 2004 by Chardan Development Group, once complete the award-winning development will have 11 precincts and be home to 6000 residents.
