A two-tower development on a Sunshine Coast town’s main street has launched to the public after strong pre-sales.
Gardner Vaughan Group’s $300 million mixed-use Eden project is located on the corner of Caloundra’s main thoroughfare, Bulcock Street, and Knox Avenue. The elevated site is just moments from Bulcock Beach.
GVG issued a media release hailing the “landmark” development, which will include 179 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments across two towers, spanning eight and nine storeys.
GVG commercial director Sam Gardner said local demand for large, liveable apartments was reflected in Eden’s strong pre-sales, with 60 per cent of apartments sold prior to the official market launch through early project inquiries and repeat and referral buyers familiar with the company’s quality and delivery track record.
“The majority of buyers at Eden are local to the Sunshine Coast and that has been an incredible endorsement of the location and our design approach,” he said.

“In particular, the size of the floor plans and proximity to the beach have been the greatest drawcard, and the attention to detail in the interior finishes.
“The three and four-bedroom residences range in size from 115sqm to 208sqm, providing space to live, entertain and take in views of Caloundra’s iconic beaches.”
Designed by award-winning architect studio Ellivo, the two towers deliver extensive resort-style amenities including a gym, pool, alfresco dining and barbecue areas, private function room and kitchen, an outdoor terrace and community vegetable garden.
The building also provides dedicated spaces for washing and storing surfboards, reflecting the coastal lifestyle enjoyed by locals.

At the street level, a landscaped open-air plaza will deliver five retail spaces with a focus on cafe-dining and boutique retail.
Mr Gardner said Eden was well-timed to meet the strong demand for low-maintenance, luxury apartments that offer unbeatable living in one of south-east Queensland’s fastest-growing regions.
“Eden represents our continued commitment to delivering residences that honour the unique character of their location while responding to the housing needs of Queenslanders,” he said.
“As the Sunshine Coast continues to see incredible growth and Olympic-driven infrastructure investment, we’re proud to deliver an exceptional development that delivers quality homes and meaningful urban renewal.

“The strong response prior to the formal launch reflects the trust and confidence buyers have in the Gardner Vaughan Group brand, with many purchasers having previously bought with us, or referred to us.”
One and two-bedroom apartments at Eden sold out prior to the public launch, while three-bedroom apartments start at $1.709 million. Four-bedroom apartments start from $3.09 million.
The development is Gardner Vaughan Group’s fourth project in the Sunshine Coast, with its most recent development, Bask Bokarina, on track for completion this Spring.
