A man has been charged following an alleged series of incidents across several Sunshine Coast suburbs that left two men injured on Friday night.

Emergency services were called to Orchid Place at Bokarina about 8.20pm following reports of an alleged stabbing.

Paramedics treated two men at the scene before transporting them to Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

A 38-year-old Bokarina man suffered puncture wounds to the head and was taken to hospital in a stable condition. A 42-year-old Palmview man sustained a minor hand injury and was also transported in a stable condition.

Queensland Police Service said the incident was the culmination of a string of alleged events earlier in the evening.

Police allege that about 7.50pm, a 31-year-old Minyama man approached an all-terrain vehicle on Nicklin Way and threatened the driver, a 32-year-old Burnside woman, before directing her to drive.

A short time later, the man allegedly exited the ATV, allowing the woman to flee. She was not physically injured.

It will be further alleged that about 8.10pm the same man entered a home on Peacock Crescent, where he threatened several people with a weapon and stole a quantity of alcohol before leaving on foot. No one at the address was physically injured.

Police allege that about 8.15pm the man attended a home on Orchid Place, where the two men were wounded.

The 31-year-old has since been charged with 13 offences, including seven counts of threatening violence – discharge firearms or other acts, two counts of enter dwelling and commit, and one count of assault occasioning bodily harm.

He is expected to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court today, March 7.
