From humidity-prone homes to high-traffic family living spaces, one Sunshine Coast business is leading the charge on clean carpets and healthier interiors.

A1 Carpet Cleaning offers professional carpet, upholstery, mattress and rug cleaning with a strong focus on natural products that are safe for children, pets and the environment.

Owner and operator Jordan Levi said the family-run business was built on a foundation of reliability, stain removal expertise and friendly customer service.

Mr Levi and his team use a pre-spray solution made with D-limonene, an oil extracted from citrus peels, as well as truck-mounted steam machines that produce greater power, ensuring a deep clean removing embedded dirt, allergens and moisture.

“People are becoming more aware of what’s in their homes, from the air they breathe to what’s underfoot,” he said.

“My goal is to give them peace of mind using products and methods that are effective, responsible and safe.

“Limonene cuts through grease and grime just like harsh chemicals, but it’s biodegradable and safe for kids and pets.

“Steam cleaning with a powerful extractor lifts far more than surface debris.

“We can pull out what vacuuming leaves behind. And because the process removes more water, drying is faster and usually within a few hours.”

Mr Levi said Sunshine Coast residents should consider cleaning carpets regularly due to the region’s warm and damp climate.

A1 Carpet Cleaning offers a range of carpet and upholstery services.

“Warm weather and coastal humidity mean carpets here trap more moisture, allergens and odours,” he said.

“That creates the perfect environment for bacteria, dust mites and even mould. Regular cleaning isn’t about appearances, it’s part of maintaining a healthy home.”

He said residents could complete some simple tasks at home to keep carpets fresh in between cleans.

“The best thing people can do is vacuum weekly, blot spills as they happen and rotate furniture every few months,” he said.

“But even with that, a deep carpet clean every 12 months is essential, and every two years for a couch clean.”

A1 Carpet Cleaning also offers commercial carpet cleaning and flea spraying.

The company also offers a flood restoration service to bring homes and businesses back to dry, clean and safe conditions after leaks, storms or burst pipes via A1 Flood Restoration.
