An industrial development has sold out, off the plan, amid a growing demand for well-designed business spaces.

All six units at 86 Quanda Road at Coolum Beach were sold prior to completion and titles for $10,317,750.

The units attracted owner occupiers and investors from a wide range of industries including e-commerce, pharmaceutical, light manufacturing and showroom-based businesses.

It was marketed by marketed by Tallon Pamenter of RWC Noosa and Sunshine Coast.

“This development is a great example of where profits aren’t the sole focus during the design phase,” he said.

“That mindset made room for a very well-designed complex with the end users front of mind.”

The complex, pictured before completion, is located within a bustling industrial park.

Located on a prominent corner site, the complex was constructed by Focal, one of the Sunshine Coast’s leading industrial developers and builders.

The property has reached full settlement and the completed units – a mix of sizes and layouts – are now occupied and trading.

A Ray White Commercial media release stated that there was “strong demand in the competitive industrial market, especially in the fast-growing Coolum Beach precinct”.
