There are new owners of a Sunshine Coast tour group that provides unique food and drink experiences.

Jamie Marshall and Carly Wilkinson have taken the reins of Creative Tours, which showcases Sunshine Coast producers, distilleries, breweries and restaurants.

The duo has more than 15 years’ experience in the tourism, travel and food and drink industries. They boast a background in high-end superyacht services and tourism in Europe and the South Pacific.

Mr Marshall was raised on the French canals, where his parents ran restaurant and vineyard tours from their 30m barge, and he developed a connection to local agriculture and authentic experiences.

Fluent in English, French and Spanish, he brings a passion for regional produce and working with small, family-run businesses.

Mr Marshall said they thrived on creating personalised experiences that highlight local culture and gastronomy.

Creative Tours showcases local produce and venues.

“We are incredibly excited to take on this amazing business and continue its mission of connecting people with the incredible producers, chefs, and brewers who make the Sunshine Coast such a special destination,” he said.

“Creative Tours has built a stellar reputation and I’m looking forward to enhancing the experience while staying true to its core values, local connections, unique behind-the-scenes access and, most importantly, great food and drink.”

Under new owners, the company will continue to deliver premium food and beverage experiences across the Sunshine Coast. Guests can also expect new ideas and innovations, including a new tour as part of the upcoming GourMAY event in the Mary Valley.
