A Minyama property auction is expected to turn heads this weekend as an agent urges people to get into the “hot market” as quickly as possible.

The residence at 124 Mooloolah Drive is north-facing, ensuring year-round use of the recently renovated undercover alfresco dining area.

Next Property Group listing agent Richard Scrivener said homes facing north provided more weather protection.

“The north is quite protected and it’s well sought after,” he said.

Its other unique features include a wrap-around balcony on the second floor, accessible from bedrooms two, three and four, and the master suite’s own private balcony.

The fifth downstairs bedroom is accompanied by its own facilities.

There are also three indoor living spaces across the bottom and top floor providing ample space for a large family.

Despite it being an older home, it has strong design features and is ready for a family to move in immediately.

“It was an architecturally designed home many years ago but it’s beautifully appointed,” Mr Scrivener said.

The Minyama property sparks interest with design choices such as a raised platform dining space, a purple-themed bar and a spiral staircase.

It also has direct deep-water access from the private jetty and pontoon, making it a perfect choice for watersport enthusiasts and active families.

“The home is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Kawana Shoppingworld, Buddina State School and Kawana Waters State College,” Mr Scrivener said.

Mr Scrivener said the home has only been on the market for a few days but due to its desirable location he believed it would sell quickly.

“Get in there as quickly as possible because the market is hot at the moment,” he said.

“It’s a good opportunity for people without many opportunities to get into this area.”

The auction will begin at 2pm on Saturday, November 9. Contact Mr Scrivener on 0416 799 188 or rscrivener@nextpropertygroup.com.au if you are interested in attending.
