The final blocks of land at a premium Sunshine Coast location are now ready to build on, drawing to a close almost two decades of development.

Beginning as a 106-hectare greenfill site, Sunshine Cove has emerged as one of the places to live in Maroochydore.

Described as “a fitting finale for Sunshine Cove”, stage three of the Lancelin Precinct heralds the final freehold residential land release within the development.

Adjacent to the Lancelin stage two Bushland Reserve and adding to its exclusivity, the final stage is only accessible by the Cheyenne Way bridge.

Sunshine Cove Realty’s Penny Service said Sunshine Cove was a clever use of space that had become a showcase in carefree coastal living.

Development first began at Sunshine Cove almost 20 years ago.

Sunshine Cove includes Flinders Lane, an innovative, mixed-use precinct that offers bespoke boutiques, hairdressers and other services.

Sunshine Cove also benefits from high-speed fibre optic cabling, making it ideal for those wanting to work from home.

It is also adjacent to Maroochydore’s new CBD precinct and has easy access to the Sunshine Motorway. Residents can walk to Sunshine Plaza or the Maroochydore Homemaker Centre.

First unveiled nearly 20 years ago by Chardan Development Group, once complete the award-winning development will have 11 precincts and be home to 6000 residents.
