A disability service provider has unveiled its latest multimillion-dollar Sunshine Coast hinterland prize home, with tickets going on sale from today.

Located at 28 Dixon Avenue, Maleny, the Endeavour Foundation’s 62nd prize home is a custom-built Queenslander with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms set on an acre block.

General manager of lotteries Kirsty Moore said the foundation’s Lottery 456 was its most expensive prize package yet.

“This lottery is all about lifestyle, luxury and living the dream,” she said.

“At $3.2 million, it’s our biggest and most expensive prize package masterpiece yet.

“The best part is for as little as $10, all tickets sold will help Endeavour Foundation further support people with disability to live their best lives and achieve their dreams too.

“Through our support we offer people with disability meaningful employment pathways, access to community activities and events, learning of life skills, and the opportunity to live comfortably in custom-built homes that meet individual needs.”

The Maleny prize home has a modern country-style kitchen with butler’s pantry, versatile living and dining areas, outdoor entertaining, inground pool, a generous laundry with a dedicated pet wash space and a self-contained loft enabling an array of living and lifestyle options.

“This home will wrap itself around the winner and not let go,” Mrs Moore said.

“The loft is a special feature as it will enable the new family to live however they please – whether it’s for guests, or a fast-growing teen, to support a home business or used as a potential revenue stream, the choice is theirs.

“If the owner wanted to rent the entire property, we believe it could generate nearly $125,000 a year – around $13,000 per month. The loft alone could potentially fetch $5500 per month.”

The property will be open to the public for inspections Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm, closing on August 8. The winner will be drawn on August 15.

Tickets can be purchased from 10am today onsite, online or by calling 1800 634 040.
