The doors have opened to a new display village featuring 18 homes from 14 builders, in one of the region’s fast-growing master-planned communities.

Display World at Harmony in Palmview showcases home designs from Ausmar, Dwyer Quality Homes, Morcraft Homes, Brighton Homes, Edge Designer Homes, Plantation Homes, Clarendon Homes, G.J. Gardner Homes, Stylemaster, Coral Homes, Integrale Homes Vantage Homes, Costa Homes and McLachlan.

AVID general manager Queensland Anthony Demiris said the display village – the third for Harmony – had been designed with the Sunshine Coast’s unique architectural style front of mind.

“The new Display World will offer visitors the opportunity to explore a diverse range of contemporary, modern and character-filled homes and experience the perks of joining our well-established community,” he said.

“We know the perfect home looks different for every single one of our residents and that’s why we’ve chosen to once again partner with a range of premium builders who can work with hopeful homeowners to build their dream home here in Harmony.”

The next land release at Harmony is coming soon and will be located within the Serenity neighborhood.

The new blocks will have direct access to Harmony’s second grand linear park, currently under construction, featuring picnic shelters, gym equipment, walking trails and open spaces.

Harmony Display World, on Soprano Street, officially opened last week and is accessible by the new connection road, Symphony Way.

G.J. Gardner Homes chief operating officer Australia and New Zealand Chris Thornton said the global home builder was pleased to partner with AVID.

“While we have hundreds of franchises building both nationwide and overseas, our business was born on the Sunshine Coast and our head office team continue to be based here, developing our designs locally still to this day,” he said.

Integrale Homes sales manager Lisa Meehan said the builder wanted to capture a beautiful fresh approach to coastal living with a nod to current trends, and to showcase how to maximise the use of space for growing families.

“Our clients have loved the homes we have built for them in Harmony, and we are excited to continue to provide a variety of homes for future residents of the community,” she said.

Families attended the grand opening for a new display village on the Coast.

A grand opening event was held last weekend, when families toured the display homes and enjoyed roving entertainment, live local musicians and artists, food trucks, free facepainting, free ice cream and more.

AVID Property Group’s $3 billion Harmony project is set on 378 hectares and will deliver more than 4800 homes for 13,000 future residents, enhanced by 130 hectares of open space and the future delivery of a town centre.

More than 9000 short-term jobs will be generated through the delivery of the project.
