A new record for penthouse starting prices has been set in red-hot Bokarina as a much-anticipated, multi-storey residential development is about to emerge.

Positioned on the last-remaining beachfront location in the bourgeoning area, Cube Developments’ six-level Oasis Bokarina Beach on Kombi Street has 56 apartments, including multiple two-level penthouses that range from 191sqm to 242sqm.

Oasis will also boast state-of-the-art amenities, including open-air resident dining, gym, pool, outdoor beach shower and lush gardens, with almost 180-degree ocean views, stretching from Point Cartwright to the Caloundra headland.

Sarah Busch, the interior designer for Cube Developments, said work on site would begin in early February and take about 18 months to complete, opening by about late 2024.

Relaxed coastal living is emphasised inside and out.

Only three penthouses and four apartments remain to be sold.

Ms Busch believes the $3.3 million starting price for an Oasis penthouse sets a new record for Bokarina Beach.

The reason soon becomes clear when the price tag covers engineered timber floors throughout, large-format porcelain island benchtops and tiles, luxury tapware, fluted glass screening, detailed entertainment and living area including a fireplace and bar joinery.

“All of our penthouses offer very unique and beautiful features, which include private rooftop terraces, plunge pools and integrated barbecue areas,” Ms Busch said.

The penthouses command almost 180-degree views.

Project architect Cameron Sheedy told Sunshine Coast News late last year that the prioritised air flow and light would ensure the apartments are superior products.

“The private pool and alfresco entertainment space offers unprecedented ocean and mountain views, giving gravity to the creation of the entire space, which is calm yet invigorating, consistent and familiar with the area,” he said.

“The soaring double-storey glass and built-in planters for optimal greenery truly reflects the repetitive use of beautiful select materials that have been intentionally applied to create your very own oasis.”

The master bedroom.

Cube Developments has described the apartments as ‘world class’ in terms of scale, spatial interconnectivity and luxurious amenity, including multi-level landscaped terraces.

“The exclusive green space, which will be the literal ‘oasis’ for each resident to enjoy, will create an immediate sensory escape when paired with intentionally raw and refined building elements,” Ms Busch said.

Buyers and prospective investors have been impressed inside and out by the design.

Attention to design throughout.

“The standout architectural aesthetic with internal finishes are very unique for the Sunshine Coast,” Ms Busch said.

“Amazing inclusions of all appliances along with its premium beachfront location sets it apart from anything else.”
