Offbeat Music Festival

There’s a buzz in the air in the music-loving village of Eumundi, with the countdown on for the 2022 Offbeat Music Festival. The 18-plus festival will boast two stages and a line-up that includes Holy Holy, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, Emma Donovan & The Putbacks, Hayley Mary, Dallas Frasca, Kallidad, Dear Doonan, Kurilpa Reach, Karl S Williams, Fragile Animals, Palomino III, Rumbrellas and Betty Taylor. Many of these acts have never played on the Sunshine Coast, let alone Eumundi, so come and help show them what a dynamic, creative, music-loving town Eumundi is.

When: Saturday, March 26, 12pm.

Mooloolaba Mile Ocean Swim

2022 marks the 10th annual Mooloolaba Mile. The 1.6km Mooloolaba Mile is always the main event with thousands of Queenslanders lining up every year to compete. The distance is spot on for a huge range of abilities and is an ideal step-up from traditional short course events. In 2022, there is also the Mooloolaba 5.0, a marathon distance course designed for seasoned swimmers looking to push their limits. Other events include the 800m, Junior Giants and 3km.

When: Sunday, March 27.

Where: Mooloolaba Esplanade, Mooloolaba.

Caloundra Twilight Markets

This family-friendly event features around 100 unique stalls offering handmade and artisan crafts, street food, gourmet sweets, fashion, jewellery, fun games for children and much more. Enjoy the beautiful atmosphere with live entertainment, homemade and artisan stalls, delicious food stalls and colourful street theatre performances as day slips into night on the waterfront at Bulcock Beach.

Jaleos Flamenco

People, Plates and Places Autumn Dinner

People, Plates and Places believes life is about collecting moments, not things, and that a restaurant-without-walls dining experience in unique locations creates memories that last. The Tropical Dance Sextet – Rome To Rio At The Jazz Sessions
