The Kings Beach Tavern has a new look and menu after undergoing a revamp, but don’t worry pub lovers, you can still get a parmie.

Perched on a hill overlooking the ocean since 1957, Kings Beach Tavern has been a local haunt in Caloundra for almost 65 years.

Now locals and holiday makers can enjoy a lighter, brighter coastal pub with completely new food offerings.

The bistro menu has been completely refreshed to include local seafood dishes such as the Seafood BBQ, which includes pan-seared barramundi, Queensland prawns and BBQ bug tail, as well as quality steaks cooked to your liking.

But you’ll still be able to order your pub favourites, including a petite parmie, range of burgers, fish and chips, hand-stretched pizzas, hearty pastas, fresh salads and more.

The tavern caters for afternoon snacks, light lunches or satisfying dinners.

And what would a pub be without a big line-up of cold brews?

The tavern’s taps are filled with local and international beers while the bar is stocked with all your favourite bottles and tinnies, local wines, crisp ciders and cocktails.

The Kings Beach Tavern is one of the biggest live music destinations on the Coast, with a regular line-up of acts in the Beach Bar or you can catch the game live on the big screens.

There’s also an outdoor deck to relax and settle in with friends over a share plate, starters, or graze away the afternoon nibbling on yellow fin tuna tostadas, a bucket of fresh QLD prawns or southern fried chicken wings.
