ACCREDITED Permaculture Teacher Elisabeth Fekonia will be launching her new 'Home Cheese Making and All Things Dairy' DVD at the new Cooroy library. Samples of home made, raw and organic cheese and other dairy products will be available for taste testing and the DVD's will be for sale on the day. The launch will be held next Tuesday the 3rd of August at 10 am. Those wishing to attend will need to book in at the Cooroy Library on 0754 54900.
