In our summer day camps we will combine summer time fun with sports and martial arts along with mental training, academic challenges, safety skills and success skills.


Your child will enjoy fun drills and exercises to develop confidence, grounding, posture and razor sharp focus.  Your child will go head to head with our karate kids fitness challenge. And yes, your child will be stretched with our karate kids flexibility challenge.
