THE Tiger Airways Australia board and its senior management will meet on the Sunshine Coast as the airline is set to celebrate its first birthday while also mapping out the future expansion of the airline in Australia.

Shelley Roberts, managing director of Tiger Airways Australia said she was thrilled to be able to hold such an important meeting on the Sunshine Coast.

Shelley Roberts said Tiger’s experience over the first year has highlighted that there is substantial opportunity for growth, particularly with the airline’s true low fare model.

The arrival of Tiger Airways Australia with its true low fare model in Australia has given many Australians the opportunity to fly to more destinations.
