Children will have a blast kicking and punching to their hearts content, making friends and building self-confidence. And parents will appreciate the program because life-saving, self-protection skills are taught in safe, fun and motivating environment.

Throughout the program, children will learn the basics of Karate and self defence, and will be developing the skills and confidence to participate in a demonstration for parents on the final day.
